Altigo Transactions up 40% Since First Quarter, Crosses $3.5 Billion

Altigo has experienced consistent growth each quarter in volume, number of transactions, and active users on its platform, recently surpassing $3.5 billion in total transactions. Alternative investment transactions submitted through Altigo have increased by an impressive 40% since Q1, with a 77% rise in dollar volume between Q1 and Q3 of this year. Registered rep and advisor activity has also displayed an upward trend, marking a 20% increase over the course of the year.

Altigo continues to attract new fund and wealth managers to its platform. So far this year, it welcomed 14 new fund managers, with Baker Tilly and Forum Investment Group being the most recent additions. "We are excited to partner with Altigo and provide wealth managers access to multifamily real estate," said Darren Fisk, Founder and CEO of Forum Investment Group.

Wealth management firms Alliance Global Partners, ProFi and most recently, Chauner Securities have also joined the platform.

Today, Altigo supports a diverse range of alternative investment opportunities from more than 100 sponsors. These offerings include non-listed REITs, qualified opportunity zone funds, non-listed preferreds, interval funds, direct private placements, DSTs, private equity funds, and non-listed BDCs. New offerings are introduced on a weekly basis, and the platform currently features nearly 300 live offerings.

Mat Dellorso, Chief Revenue Officer at Altigo, expresses optimism about the platform's trajectory as we enter the fourth quarter. "Despite the challenging macroeconomic environment we've encountered this year, advisor activity on Altigo continues to grow. This speaks to the platform's inherent value," Mat commented. "Throughout this year, we've observed an increase in the diversity of offerings on Altigo, particularly in the private credit and private energy asset classes. We anticipate further growth in activity, especially with the approach of a traditionally active season due to tax deadlines and new fund launches."

Reflecting the prevailing industry shift towards diversifying into a broader spectrum of alternative investments, Altigo recently presented a thought-provoking 3-part series titled "Beyond Real Estate: What Else is Out There?”. In these engaging discussions, a variety of experienced fund and wealth managers provided valuable perspectives on private equity, private credit, and more.
